Clothing/Hygiene
Please wear comfortable clothing for your assisted stretch. Gym attire, yoga attire, or loose-fitting stretchy attire will be the most comfortable.  Please practice proper hygiene.  Cleanliness is respectful to all clients as Sherry works closely with everyone.
 

Gripping Socks/Hospital Socks/Swim shoes
Don’t forget your foot attire for your stretching session. Foot attire helps stabilize your feet and positioning on and off the stretch table.  It is for your safety.  If you forget your attire, I will provide some gripping socks to purchase for $10

CANCELLATION POLICY
Life happens.  I get it…  If you need to cancel your appointment, please text me (904-422-7437). I have a 12-hour cancellation policy and you may be charged for your visit or have one session deducted from your 5 or 10 pack.
